Founder, CEO, and Principal Consultant
Melissa Winblood is an attorney* with more than 30 years of experience in criminal, civil, administrative, and appellate law—and their complex legal workflows.
Melissa has advanced AI training from the Harvard Data Science Initiative (Agentic AI Intensive Program, Certificate expected December 2025), and the University of Texas McCombs School of Business (Post-Graduate Program in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning: Business Applications, Certificate October 2025), during which she designed and built AI models to solve real business problems and agentic AI workflows for Counsel and Code, LLC and its clients.
She now specializes exclusively in helping law firms transform their practices into AI-native operating systems, bringing deep understanding of both legal practice economics and the technical frameworks early agentic AI adopters are using to achieve breakthrough results.
